Customer service was great. I was in and out quickly. Bought a pair of Hoka shoes and they are wonderful. I’ve had toe surgery and have not found a shoe that is comfortable. Then I tried Hoka. What a difference. I can walk pain free. I also bought the inserts.
I love Fleet Feet. I used to buy cheap shoes because I thought it was silly to waste that kind of money. I finally invested in my scan and first set of Hokas with insoles with good running socks. 3 years later I’ve bought multiple sets of Hokas, Brooks and accessories. The staff is always so supportive, not high stress, selling me what I need first, what I want second, and with a few recommendations of their own that they aren’t pushy about, so I buy them too on occasion. I appreciate honesty, low pressure and LEGITIMATE knowledge. I went from almost 300 lbs not being able to walk a mile to just completing my first 15K competitive trail run now planning on a half marathon. I feel Fleet Feet is a vital part of my recovery squad.
My son and I both frequent Fleet Feet. Haven’t bought shoes yet but they have been great getting us squared away with the right insoles for our current shoes. Ashley has been amazing and is always so friendly.
The sales woman was polite, and super informative. She explained how they determine size after she did a computer image of my foot. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for foot wear for run/walk/court sport activity.
I have terrible pain in my feet due to bunions. I was to the point I couldn't even exercise without getting blisters. I came here an was given a scan on my feet which measures everything. Then this polite young man brought several brands out for me to try on. He was very patient with me. He explained each brand an their features until i found a pair that felt really good. I bought a pair an so far so good. Very pleased with my experience there an would recommend to others.
